Jacqueline Obradors, an American actress best known for her character in the character of the character Detective Rita Ortiz in the ABC crime drama 'NYPD Blue.' Also, she has guest-starred on numerous TV series that include 'Diagnosis: Murder and 'The John Larroquette Show', 'L.A. Doctors, Cold Case, The Glades, Young Justice: Invasion, and Mayans the MC, to name a few among the television shows that she's appeared on.
