Morgan and Maggie
Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3, 1950) is an acclaimed American actress. The actress gained fame in the late 1970s and in the early 1980s, playing roles in several television series that she conveyed a glamorous image. Fairchild started her acting career from 1973-1977 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. After appearing in Dallas the show, in which she played Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime and then moved to the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this performance, she won with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. She co-starred with ABC on the soap Paper Dolls in 1984 and was on the show as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series. She is on the board of SAG-AFTRA.
